Challenge:
A leading market research firm sought to overhaul their existing method of automated customer reports based on survey data.
Solution:
After an initial assessment of problems with the current solution and the must-have elements of a new solution, Data Clariti created a two part solution:
(a) a data warehouse which ingested survey data, normalized, and transformed it
(b) a reporting solution consisting of a Tableau-based Data Analytics Dashboard and automated reports, which had both top level metrics and drill down into specific parts of the surveys and historical data.
